The Concept

Bringing Hokusai’s Wave to Life

We are creating an interactive experience where visitors can step inside the world of The Great Wave off Kanagawa.
Using body-tracking technology, they will be able to control the movement of the wave with their own body, making them a part of the art.

This installation is designed for everyone. Whether you are an art lover, a tech enthusiast, or just someone looking for a unique experience, you will find something to enjoy.
By blending tradition with innovation, we want people to rediscover Hokusai’s most famous work like never before.

Two Dreamers, One Big Challenge

From a Park Bench to a World Expo

We are Utsubo, a creative studio founded by two foreigners who fell in love with Japan. What started as an idea over coffee in Osaka’s Utsubo Park became a journey of challenges, hard work, and breakthroughs.

Building a company in a new country was not easy. We faced language barriers, complex bureaucracy, and moments of doubt. But we kept going, driven by our love for creativity and innovation.
